Which ANA lounge are you in? I found the business class lounge in T1 to be pretty impressive, food-wise, with a made-to-order noodle bar, sake bar, and large buffet with several types of sushi. No seated multi-course dinner, but definitely among the better business class lounges I've been in when it comes to food. Only problem in my view was that it was both huge and crowded.
