I still don't understand why this is allowed on FT. There should be a disclaimer like on boarding talk. This Poster is a delta employee/stockholder. They have a conflict of interest.
Can you show us quotes? I'm sure you consider Kettle and I apologists, but we have both told the OP to reach out to Delta to get a refund. I've been bumped from Economy Comfort a few times and had a refund within days after I contacted Delta. No theft occurred, I wasn't robbed, it was really no big deal. I tend to get the feeling you skim thread titles and post this same tirade in every thread.
