Sofitel is Accor and UK Plats get Accor Platinum.

You need to join Le Club Accorhotels and then visit americanexpress.co.uk/platinum

You will find an online form to upgrade your Accor account.

Once you are Accor Plat put your number in the Sofitel booking and the upgrade, lounge etc will be handled by the hotel.
