I am trying to look at upgrade prices from economy to both Prem Economy and business on a Singapore to Frankfurt leg next week

Lufthansa site doesn't seem to have much info even when logged in to the system and my agent cant do the upgrade

also looking for lounge passes at both changi and frankfurt airport any ideas anyone ?
