QANTAS Customer Service will not commit to what may be available at Haneda for QANTAS Club members when we return (premium economy) to Australia in early August. On 5 March 2015 QANTAS wrote:

"We are still finalising lounge options at Tokyo Haneda Airport and will keep customers updated. We aren’t able to provide a date of finalisation at this stage.

If you haven’t already done so, we would recommend you request updates via email subscriptions under your Qantas Frequent Flyer profile via the following link https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/do/dyns/login."

This is quite an unsatisfactory response for QANTAS when it says it's trying to provide a better/closer airport to Tokyo CBD for its business customers. I would have expected that they would give a commitment that there will be some lounge facility available (temporary share or permanent QANTAS) when services commence at Haneda.
