Did I miss something in my Aeroplan kit ?
It seems that the RapidAir desk thinks it is policy to allow F/A's who are stand-by for J to be given seats ahead of S/E's on the standby list.
I have been wait listed, want to use a cert, but have been told that there are 3 seats open in J but some F/A's are on the list ahead of me. I am the only S/e on the list. How can this be ?
This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, if it left to the RapidAir desk, no passenger would bet an U/G according to the policy. They wait until the last minute and then rush to fill it in any order as long as their friends the F/A's have seats.
Another letter to AC tonight, but am sure it will fall on deaf ears, the best they will do is offer a few thousand points, never address the problem.
