If you posted this in the BA forum you'd see that the app has a bug where the eligible flights reset to zero.

If you achieve Silver with 600TPs and 4 flights part way through the membership year, then you need a further 900TP in that year to make Gold. You do not need *another* four eligible flights. You already have them.
