Hmmm - need to see if they sell lottery tickets at DFW!

In all seriousness, I flew about 35K BIS miles last month and have to say I have seen an improvement in service onboard. PDB's are coming back, crews seem friendlier (more chatty) and making the rounds of the cabin more often. I even had a flight attendant get confused by my Citi Presitige MasterCard when I tried to use it to pay for drinks in Y (she didn't get it was a credit card - at first glance she thought it was an EXP card then I saw the confusion on her face). Instead of playing 20 questions, she just comped the vodka minis. 6 months ago, this would have been met by attitude for sure. Sure, minor things in the grand scheme aren't running to plan (tablecloths), but I will take a great attitude over a piece of fabric any day of the week.
