Just a warning - the very efficient Fast Track is for security but NOT emigration. The queues at emigration can often be a little lengthy, but not in my experience more than 15-20 minutes. And the JAL F lounge is comfortable enough to while away a half-hour in if you get through early.
You are correct, however the later you arrive, the shorter the queues. When we went to board at 10.45 there were no queues at immigration at all.
