A sign of good things to come?

To mods: I prefer that this have its own thread rather than being lumped with the flight feedback thread - because this is more than just about my in-flight experience... thanks.

Upon entering the YYZ Int'l MLL before AC858 (FIN 807), one of the lounge dragons immediately recognized me, greeted me by name... and then two of the dragons complimented me on how well-dressed/snazzy I looked ^ (I just finished working at my client hence the "dressed-up" look.

At the Zone 1 sign for gate E72 for 858, the concierge priority boarding dragon immediately recognized me as well and said hello with some nice chit chat. ^

At boarding time, one of the GAs recognized me, gave me a big hug, wished me a warm Happy Birthday, then gave me another hug and a peck on the cheeks. ^ She then complimented me on my look/snazziness

Once settled in my seat, I received my sparkling wine, the menu, newspaper, etc... the co-pilot comes out to greet me and thank me for being a million miler and shook my hand and engaged in some chitchat about the Dreamliner (he then did the same for the other million miler seated in 5G). ^ I know this has happened to some of you but it was the first time ever for me since getting 1MM two years ago.

Then upon deplaning, the FAs blocked PY to let J out first. ^ (extremely rare up to this point)

Crew was great on this flight. Probably helped that they were on the 788 but heck, everything helps being on that bird.

Anyway, I wish all my experiences were like this. It's like the employees actually gave a d@mn! Everything went so smoothly from end-to-end!

Now, this is juxtaposed to my recent experiences at YOW... they tend to suck!

I know I complain/b!tch about AC a lot here, so I thought this time I will say something positive
