Sorry, that's not correct, but I can see why you thought that.

Domestic coach is still 20kg, and domestic business is still 30kg.

Whoever authored the new VN chart on their website didn't do a good job and forgot to list C vs. Y, but got the shading (white for C, gray for Y) correct.
