American [77W] First- Is it really this bad?
Isn't there some issue with the LatAm crew base out of MIA (other U.S. Cities are fine but for some reason the MIA flights have to use the foreign crews)? If my recollection is correct, then it's no surprise the crew was awful. Doesn't excuse it of course.
