I have just been online to my hilton account and noticed all my 4 stays at Hiltons have come up with wildly incorrect points and miles ( last stay was almost a week ago) -all booked on Hilton.com
Hilton Dublin ( 2 rooms -no points for either)
Hilton Hawaiian Village ( 2 rooms - reward stay but no points for incidentals)
Hilton Waikoloa Village ( 2 rooms for 1 week- only 1 room has posted)
Hilton Dublin ( 2 rooms but only points for the shuttle bus, nothing for the room rate) and no folio on hilton.com
Also I had registered for the double miles promo and no miles at all are showing ( but this could take a little while)
This is rather annoying as there will be quite a few points outstanding.
What is the best way to get this sorted please ( I am based in the Uk) -would it be by email or by phone.

Unfortunately, it is a known fact that even though the terms and conditions allow points to be earned for two rooms, it NEVER posts correctly. I've had to call or e-mail the diamond desk everytime I've had a stay with two rooms.
In my experience, the diamond desk always fixes this quickly (sometimes within an hour via e-mail). I would suggest reaching out to the HHonorsRepresentative on the forum and sending them your folios. I bet Erin and her team can resolve this quicker than filling out a missing stay or calling the 1-800 number. Hope that helps.
