I really don't want to call BA back - their current wait time is in excess of an hour.

Am in no rush - will wait a few weeks see if it sorts itself out, hopefully BA may have sorted their wait times out by then too, though I doubt it.

I do not know of any other company who feels its acceptable to keep people waiting for so long.
