As it turned out she was doubly zapped: (1)body violation, (2)$5000+ bill.
I'm concerned with the fact that this practice takes away someone's free will. Nobody has the right to place their hands on another human being (especially with no clothes on) against their will. If someone refuses consent it's not an admission of guilt, it's the principle of nobody has a right to violate your person.

Surely there are other non invasive and respectful way to do this...body scanners, xrays..etc..
