You'll be going through Schengen passport control at HEL, but AFAIK there's no customs between EU countries and thus you don't need to declare anything. (Provided you are not transferring at LHR from outside the EU)
Thank you for the customs info - I don't do a lot of intra-EU travel, so never really notice. Understand that I will need to check through from London, which will certainly be possible (all one ticket, BA-AY)
