I applied for the Platinum card on 13/4/15 and I received a phone call this afternoon from Westpac about my application.

I'm clearly not a high roller like yourself even though I have mortgages with two properties with them.
That would be the World - as for yours, you should call them up and ask for an update. might just be with the mail carrier
