It would appear so. Even on the website I was down a few layers before I found mention of 00:00 BST (GMT+1). (I'm not even going to get into the fact that there may be non British people out there who don't know what BST & GMT are. Nor will I mention UTC. )

I could very easily have been caught out by this - I thought I had until midnight EDT. It was sheer chance that I looked for UUA availability during the afternoon and not during the evening.
