I don't know if this case has been settled but in my opinion the CBP Officers, the Doctors, Nurses, medical technicians and any others involved in this should be fired, lose all license/certifications, and be prosecuted for every violation of the any law that could possibly be applied. As far as I am concerned these types of people don't deserve to have jobs ever.

I feel that DHS and its agencies especially CBP and TSA are in need of serious reform and should have a significant reduction in both authority and power they weld. I won't hold my bresth.
