I've had one helluva day!

My taxi broke down, but that was easily sorted, but then there were delays at Victoria and the train arrived very late at Gatwick, where I was denied boarding! I did have bags!!! But even without them I would not have cleared Security in time!

I've had to buy a new ticket to get to BCN from LGW tonight ... Which is the BA codeshare on Vueling. The kind ticket agent who stung me £103 didn't charge me the BA ticketing fee... Because she could see I was having a bad day! (My glasses broke in front of her).

I bought a HBO but then got a POUG for the bags!
Am I entitled to any refund for the Upgrade, or can I get original routing credit?
