Hey jetsetter, I'd love to grab a drink at the AC one of these days and swap war stories

1. I think both US and B6 are doing very well on this route, judging by the fares and the loads. I know that's not the best way to gauge it, but I still think they do quite well.

2. For Boston Terminals, US wins hands down. For the 2000 shuttle, I try to get to Logan at 1920 and I've never arrived at the gate after 1926 to 1930, prior to boarding. Even with Pre-Check, Terminal C is a complete cluster, both arrivals and departures. I'm glad they have Statees out there, but it's always a mess. I preferred the 40-42 gates out of Boston because there was never a line for security. Now that Pre-Check does this random nonsense, the primary security are is a mess. DCA, well, B6 is in B now which is a HUGE improvement over Terminal A, which was awful.

3. I agree that the assignment of agents definitely gives US the edge, especially at BOS. The passenger who is going between BOS to LGA/DCA is a lot different than the passenger going from BOS to FLL/RSW once or twice a year. With US, they recognize that and accommodate it whereas jetBlue insists everyone is the same.

4. With DCA, again, I agree with you: it's a toss up. The one thing AA/US has is the AC and those agents are excellent about resolving any issues. A few weeks back, the last time we got snow in BOS on Sunday night, US cancelled the 2000 shuttle after rolling delays. Instead of sticking around at the gate, I went to the AC and the agent was able to move me to the 2100 shuttle. That flight didn't end up leaving until after 0000, but it left. I can only imagine what B6 would have done. B6 locks its flights to gate control, no thanks.

5. I had a similar bating average for upgrades. Moreover, I usually just read or listen to a podcast, so IFE isn't important. In Economy, on US you get a free beer/wine whereas with B6 it's $7 without the Amex.

6. The confirmed same day change is the only meaningful Mosaic benefit. Pre-board before EMS is about 50/50 IME and the ability to use points to buy EMS is a joke.

7. Based on planned flights, I'll retain both, but for the shuttle service, I'll stick with US.

It is great at BOS that you see the same US agents every time and their experience is greatly appreciated. At B6, it's a new face every time and that lack of experience definitely shows.
