You will not get FHR benefits with this booking. I made a similar mistake with the FS Bora Bora last year.

You can book through Amex Travel to get FHR, and also give them your SPG number to get the points. (Have you called Amex to get your SPG bumped to Gold if you don't already qualify for that level?)
