There are official dimensions for the overhead bins on AA's website, but something seems off about them (the main cabin and the first class are *so* different on the E175s, for one thing).

According to AA, the E175 has: (http://www.aa.com/i18n/aboutUs/ourPlanes/embraer175.jsp)
(Width, height, depth)
First Class 62.6" 10.6" 23.8"
Main Cabin 68.1" 10" 14"

While the B738 has: (http://www.aa.com/i18n/aboutUs/ourPl...eing737800.jsp)
First Class / Main Cabin 78" 13" 30"
If your bag is within the 22 x 14 x 9" limits, it should fit in the E175. As always though, try to board as early as you can so there's still space available.
