I never thought off-peak would mean a higher rate than peak, for UuA. Perhaps because peak fares are higher to purchase they have have a lower UuA price....? Just trying to figure out the logic of "Off-peak" having a higher number of miles to upgrade then "peak".
Also I thought the 28th meant the 28th local, it certainly would have been the 29th in the UK when I made the booking.
This was very badly communicated by BA.
As a US member, if I receive an email telling me that bookings made before April 28th will be at the old rate, I expect it to mean before April 28th in my time zone. If it's after April 28th in a time zone other than my own I expect them to tell me that.
