Well, no TPs appeared overnight BUT LAN's Twitter team have come up trumps
The number they've given me is the same as in the original documentation.
I have to say that dealing with LAN's call centre has been a terrible experience. Not just for this hiccup, but numerous other things have gone wrong with this booking. It's been hard to get through, poor line quality and although the agents have been very pleasant and tried to help they weren't able to resolve most of my pretty straightforward problems. I took to Twitter on a few specific matters and they sorted it promptly each time.
So, hopefully this should be the end of it. Claim for missing TPs submitted now... let's see....
