That http://www.staralliance.com/en/servi...sa-and-health/ link is to a service provided by IATA 's TIMATIC service, and is the one the airlines use to determine whether or not you get to fly because you have or don't heathy required visas. I strongly recommend using it - far more official than FlyerTalk .
