Ok, they allow some special characters:
Must contain 8 to 20 characters including one letter and number.
May include the following characters: % & _ ? # = -
Cannot have any spaces.
Cannot reuse your 3 prior passwords.
Cannot contain common combination of letters and numbers - ie 'password', 'qwerty', 'amex' etc.
Must be different from your User ID.
