Anyone know if you can be approved for the WF Cash Back card if they are not willing to extend $5,000+ of credit (i.e. will they issue a Visa Platinum instead of a Visa Signature if they won't extend $5,000)? My highest limit on any card is $4,000 so I doubt I would be approved for Visa Signature.
