I have a trip this fall where I'd like to fly one of the *A Premium Economy products (probably Eva, ANA, or Turkish) and earn UAMP PQM and PQD for it. I don't see any plating restriction in the BR/NH fares (haven't checked TK as closely) that would restrict the tickets to their own stock.

1) Has anyone successfully done this with only OAL segments on the ticket?

2) Has anyone successfully done this with both UA and OAL segments on the ticket? For example IAH-UA-LAX-NH-NRT-NH-onward where the NH segment is PE and the UA segment books into B (UA segs are allowed per fare). I'm thinking of this workaround to add a UA segment at the start if UA refuses to ticket an all-NH res.

3) Does anyone know (without experience as above) why this would/wouldn't be allowed?

4) Is ANA easier than the others since they have the JV with UA? It would be a JV route.
