OC Marriott a few years back, I booked 2 queens beds, which ended up being 2 double beds.

Called FD and she said, get this, 'the double beds here or OC Queen beds'. Huh? I said what? Your website said queen and my reservation says 2 queen beds, these are not queen beds. It was a lost cause because at that time they said all the queen beds were 'OC Queen beds, in my house we call it a double but here we call them a queen'.

Standards anyone?
