I flew a few segments on UA last week (W, V and Z fares) and one AC segment (Y fare) on UA stock. All miles posted with the correct COS bonus (100%, 100%, 150% and 125%, respectively) within 2 days of the flights.

FWIW, the flights were operated by GoJet, ExpressJet and SkyWest. Definitely not UA 'mainline' (for lack of a better term) flights. Actually, nothing was bigger than a CRJ-700.
