It is not the fare bucket that matters, but the complete fare basis code. Even within the same fare bucket you can have several fare basis codes with differing advanced purchase requirements. As and when all remaining fares within a fare bucket are withdrawn, that is down to a combination of sales and the whim of revenue management.
