My goal is to travel roughly every other weekend, so with holidays, etc. in there I'm doing 20-25 trips per year (all domestic, my favorite destinations are SFO, SEA, PDX, DEN, LAX, SAN, PHX, MDW, BWI, LGA, STL, SJU, and BOS). Income around 45k. I probably spend about 8k on travel per year all told, which would be significantly more without points/miles.
