I just booked 4 tix on AS SEA-HNL for March 2016 - $6.82 CAD taxes for each ticket (which is likely the $5.60 US). This is what I paid in July 2014 for BLI-HNL. I still cannot figure out why your taxes were $15? Did you speak to a BA Agent in India? I sometimes find that they do things differently there. The BA agents in London are always very fast, and never charge a booking fee!
