Interesting - afaik this is the only high-end hotel in TLV with balconies and a nice sea view. (All the rooms with patios at the IC are on the 8th (?) floor and IIRC most hotels at the Dan Hotel do not have balconies).
I guess a room w/ balcony on the Exec. floor may be worth considering.
