Possibly, but which passenger's demand elasticity is likely higher and therefore might be more swayed by things like UG possibility as compared to, e.g., schedule/convenience?
(Only AS knows whether this actually makes sense when taken to the data. But I think it could be at least a somewhat valid counterargument)
