Best airline for multi-city trips?

I want to do an LHR-DXB-BKK-LHR trip over the space of about 10 days, spending 5 days in each city over the summer.

There are many choices of airline but I want to stick with the more well-known airlines.

So, who would you recommend as the best for a multi-city trip (in either Economy or Business Class)? Best in terms of connections, comfort, price, etc.
