Change of name due to marriage - non-matching ticket & recognition of status
A different "name change" issue...
My wife issued her MB card with her maiden name years ago, and she has recently gotten a new passport with her married name. We have an upcoming trip on TP where she used the same name as the new passport. Now TP system does not recognize her MB card (and status) because of the different last name.
Mind you, the current married name in the passport include the maiden name that's in the MB card.
We're travelling with a lot of luggage (relocating abroad) and her MB Gold will give us one extra 32kg piece.
What to do? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I'll call Aegean's customer service just in case.
