This is easily the best Hyatt in Albuquerque, which is not saying a lot since the other two are average to below-average Hyatt Places.

Nothing much has changed since the previous reviews, so far as I can tell (based on 7 or so nights):

Upgrades are limited a to king view (no suites)
No lounge
Breakfast is alright (average)
Free Starbucks beverage (I order frappe's and they usually cover it all)
Service has been pretty good overall
Rooms are just average for a U.S. Hyatt
Parking is $16 (in-out) though I've always managed street parking nearby for much less (usually free, because it's either a Sat night or I have to leave early anyway)
It is apparently the tallest hotel in New Mexico (20 floors)

For a Cat-1, it's a great deal and the obvious choice in town. The Hyatt Uptown is pretty bad if you like to sleep (lots of street noise and AC noise) yet mysteriously expensive; the Hyatt Albuquerque Airport is a bit better but inconsistent. So this is the place to stay when earning Hyatt points.

The Sheratons are better options, if you also have SPG status.
