I had couple of trips with BA in 2011 and I have some emails from them such as confirmation emails etc as well as the reference numbers .

I read that they only keep them on the systems for 12 months , but not sure.

I believe 3 years ago is maximum time that customer relations would be able to view booking information. Just curious but why would you need this information as you had years to do something with it previously????
