I too have just made a booking for a family (extended) trip.

EDI-LHR-JFK-LHR-EDI

I made sure to book before the 28th to ensure the optimal avios and TPs given we're flying Y there and back (not going to be the comfiest trip of my life but hey ho at least it's only 6 or so hours..)

Anyway, the booking screen shows for me (bronze):

Avios: 3,960
TPs: 50

Now looking at the calculator for flights booked for the next 2 hours this should state:

EDI-LHR: 10
LHR - JFK: 35
JFK - LHR: 35
LHR - EDI: 10

Total: 90 Tier Points

EDI - LHR: 625
LHR - JFK: 4323
JFK - LHR: 4323
LHR - EDI: 625
Total: 9896 Avios

I've e-mailed CR immediately so there is a time-stamp on when I sent the message for the avoidance of doubt but I really hope this is going to be sorted out! It's the avios more than the TPs that are at issue.
