To be clear, is the 'joke' that IC RA's get minibar privileges?
Or is it that IC RA's get minibar privileges but then the minibars are often not stocked with minis?
Or is the joke the misuse of the word 'irony'?
Or is the joke that Gary is poking his thumb in the eyes of all the readers who have been complaining about click bait by posting such an extreme click bait post?
Whichever, are these really jokes?
