On my recent LHR-SIN (BA11) [UD 50A] and HKG-LHR (BA26) [UD 56K] the service was most definitely from a cart.

I concur with the view that BA lost an opportunity to improve the CW seat and layout on the A380. The dividers having to be lowered every time during drink and or meal service is most annoying unless you happen to know your travelling companion.
