Hi Matt - on BA11/12 it is WW. They have a CSD. I chatted to the CSD when she introduced herself on F, she was lovely. Asked her if she liked the A380, she was diplomatic, stating that 747 was still their favourite. Also, they don't have to be hands on in J, they are just supervisory on the whole aircraft
