Just got off a flight where I witnessed the most egregious piece of customer service/treatment from a Delta staff I have ever witnessed. I have never made a complaint to delta and want to know what is the best way to complain where I know I will get a response. (I have platinum status if that matters)
I dont want to post the incident online because I dont want it to degenerate into internet nonsense. Needless to say, I think most people would be shocked at the incident.

A third party account of an incident, without corroboration, will be ignored most likely. If i am reading between the lines correctly, the OP was not the aggrieved party. Very little to go on.
