was on same delayed CPH-YYZ flight today. Called before leaving town to get rebooked on CPH-LHR-YYZ, and arrived about 4 horus late. I felt really bad for the SAS staff trying to handle this latest AC f-up at CPH. They dont even have rebooking powers, and have to call AC for all the reticketing - and spend most of the time on hold with AC - instead of dealing with customers.

Looks like its actually now in the air and will arrive at 1:55am - 12 hours late - make sure to claim EU261 compensation!!!
