When they still had the Bold, I did get a bonus for the Bold and the Plus. But the Bold is gone.
This is the case when using the same SSN, but not when using an SSN for one and an EIN for another, correct? If you're using different tax IDs, you're still fully eligible for the bonus, no matter when you last got the card?
