good redemptions against shorthaul flights in europe (budget airlines incl?), upgrades on long haul, priority, lounge

(6) Which routes do you fly most often?

Europe short haul and occasional long haul - Sri Lanka and S Africa are also on the cards for the next few years

(8) Do you travel for work or pleasure? (Can you chooose your airlines, class of service?)

Pleasure - family holidays, no business travel
