The 763s are older and having more maintenance issues, that is one reason. And the fleet is so small at this point that the spares don't really exist when something unexpected comes up.

I expect it to improve once they get up to their total 25 763s in the next 2.5 years. Right now they only have 10, and seem to be expanding routes in step with conversions.

Their A319 ops don't seem to be bad.
Isn't the CASM higher on the 767 than the 777 & 787? Doesn't make sense that they are using a less efficient aircraft for Rouge where it is low yielding...
