I made two telephone bookings last week (both with issues that required a conversation rather than key strokes). The first to / from MIA followed the expected course of BAEC # requested upfront. The separate second some days later to SEA back SFO only concluded with 'and are you a member of our Executive Club'. A conversation then followed about the Gold Line which is when i found out that we are no more than a bunch of queue jumpers. If there is a precious metal alert it wasn't working that day.
The Newcastle team are excellent. Always on the ball and a pleasure to deal with.
